A 5-star mixed-use resort complex designed as a Class A business centre: a 16-storey “city within a city” with a five-star hotel, modern offices and a private waterfront with its own beach. RAY is reconstructing the glazing systems and the ventilated facades. Scope: design, manufacturing, installation. On site: August 2021 – October 2023. Total glazing area: 3,320 m². Total ventilated facade area: 9,457 m². PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: a complex reconstruction.
